		<description>I work out everyday, but it&#039;s not work to me.  I love taking boxing classes at the gym w/my boyfriend &amp; our instructors kick our ass every single time.  I also take other classes such as kickboxing, yoga, bar method, spin (sometimes), or whatever else I feel like trying.  When I&#039;m not taking classes, I like to run outside or go hiking.  It&#039;s great for relieving stress &amp; there&#039;s this sense of being free when the weather is beautiful outside &amp; you&#039;re just running.

If you treat working out like a chore, then you&#039;ll never like it.  And if you work out just to lose weight, you&#039;ll never stick with it.  Rather, you should get some exercise every day because it&#039;s good for you and good for your health, and for the way it makes you feel afterward.  And because you want to be the best person you can be (I hope!)  

There are TONs of ways you can get some exercise WITHOUT going to the gym.  Esp. since you live in San Diego, I know there are some great running trails near the beach, hiking, kayaking, surfing, biking etc. (look at it as an adventure!).  It&#039;s also easier to eat healthy when you work out regularly, b/c you don&#039;t want your hard work to go to waste.  Maybe you can find a workout buddy &amp; you guys can motivate each other &amp; keep each other in check.
